Harvest CS1000 Biodegradable Bamboo Fiber Pulp Square Trays

Harvest biodegradable bamboo fiber pulp square tray is made from bamboo pulp, sugarcane, and wheat pulp. All our pulp food packaging is natural and renewable, that they are biodegradable and compostable after using. The time of decomposition is about 120 days. CS series is suitable for Asia food packaging, and for supermarkets’ display case, fast food display in deli counters or restaurant take-out food packaging.
There are 2 sizes in this series: 8 inch and 9 inch. For eight inch one, there are four type trays available, that there are no-divided, 2-divided, and 3-divided one you could choose. Of course, You can choose different materials of lid according to different occasions. We provide PP, PET, and PLA lid. PP lid is suitable for hot food or microwave food packaging. PET and PLA lid are suitable for cold food, such as cold noodle, instant bento food, and dessert.

The pulp base can hold hot and cold food, so is microwave safe and freezable safe. Furthermore, it has good barrier properties, so it can hold wet and oily food without staining your hands. If your need to containing food in long time, we can produce coating one for you. The coating film can strengthen the product's structure, at the same time, it also extend the water/oil resistance of the pulp tray to keep your food good.
